Pure Celebrity

Today I met two local well known athletes at the organic market. Upon picking up a container of pure coconut water, one of the two became very excited at the nutritional value listed on the container. I was so excited as well to talk about the BEAUTIFUL benefits of coconut water including how perfect it is for nourishing every cell in our body. One look in those glistening eyes and I knew that pure quality, nutrition and vitality is of utmost importance to this celebrity.

See, coconut water is nature's water for our body; replenishing our body fluids in electrolytes and abundantly filling us with magnesium, potassium and other essentials. Coconut water truly replenishes and revives us. Do try to enjoy fresh, living coconut water from the young Thai coconuts now available in many supermarkets. You will know the young ones by their pointy top and whiteness in color. View my video here on how to open and enjoy them!

Perfect for after a workout, for a quick start in the morning and wonderful to sip during and any time of the day.

Get Your Wealth On

This post is directly inspired by a new friend Brian Johnson, the creator of Zaadz, sold to Gia, known as Giam and most recently Philosopher's Notes.

Wisdom brings about some of the greatest wealth I know. With wisdom in food and lifestyle choices, we can truly see results. Educating ourselves with the best information, applying it, trying it on, tweaking it, trying it again, and allowing our experiences with information to become believing and ultimately knowing.

I write this because in all my years of life experience, 35 and a half in total now:) it is always consciousness that inspires me. If it weren't for living foods, my consciousness would be elsewhere. This is ok, although this awareness is even better.

Now I contribute my time and efforts to the application of this awareness in the best way I know how. In sharing with others, persistence in my own daily activities and continually absorbing new ideas and inspirations. Each leading me along a beautiful path and journey to the greatest fulfillment of wealth.

Thank you for being along for the travels. And thank you Brian for leading in new ways.

Joyful Abundance,
Corinne

Writing About It

We all have dreams, an idea of how we ideally love our lives to be. The strength is to truly BE THAT person in the dream right NOW. As we allow ourselves the freedom to breathe into our present and be the essence of our highest selves, we consciously create the pathway of our future. Ever leading us to the straightway that skyrockets us right to our greatest potential.

Loving raw now.

New Beginnings

Hello everyone and thank you for being a part of my life in some way. I write this today in commitment to my continued success in the world of raw vegan gourmet!

You see, I currently have a day job. A job in which I am involved in the corporate world, in an office environment at a desk, computer, head set, with an enormous client base around the world. I consult with these clients and provide service for their personal banking needs.

In writing this I have just realized that that is exactly what I have been "trying" to create as an entrepreneur. Wow. The universe really is a beautiful provider of everything we desire and the universe surely knows the right timing for us in all we desire.

You see, I realize the stronger I push myself to excel at home, thinking that it is my timeline that I am working with to create all that I desire... even at the price of hurting myself and others, the more I am pushed to exceed at work, resulting in poorer results. THE UNIVERSE IS SHOWING ME THAT I NEED TO COMPLETE MY INCOMPLETES!!!!! AND TRUST IN THE timing OF ALL THAT IS.

Thank you Jack Canfield, for the mentorship and insights into these universal laws. I believe in the guidance that comes from all those around me.

Everyone is a teacher. Everyone is an opportunity to learn. Everyone is a gift in manifesting our dreams and realities. Thank you universe for showing me this light in my time of darkness.

For I believe it is John Demartini that said, where someone is praising you, somewhere another is condeming you. All the universe existing in a perfect balance.

Gorgeous Guava!

Wow. I am in taste, texture and flavor heaven.

Tonight I am enjoying my very first Guava and I have decided to celebrate truly and naturally raw, just as it is. With a nice rinse and wash, I am ready to go...

The flavors are amazing! Each bite is unique and in the first I received hints of cardamom. And in another mint and even lychee. The texture is equally fun with a crispy flesh resembling an asian pear and a soft center with seeds.

Thanks to the folks at eHow.com for tips on how to eat a Guava, including a suggestion for Guava Salsa.

A beautiful experience that I will enjoy again. I see guava salad, jelly and ice cream recipes coming my way...
